I am assuming you mean which wrestler has got the loudest boos or heat in the last 15 years and the answer is X-Pac(Sean Waltman). In WWE he was booed heavily, he was the only member of team WWE that was booed during the invasion and he was booed so much that pro wrestlers created a term called X-Pac heat which just means extremely high heat.

I don’t like Yoshi tatsu, not entertaining and very average. Doesn’t capture my imagination.
